Spend this summer in Marbella!

We are renting out our Marbella townhouse this summer, as we are spending the period in in Sweden. The townhouse is available from late June to early September, and we are looking for a single renter for the whole period.

Location:

The townhouse is located in central Marbella, about 500 meters from the bus station (with direct buses to the airport). You can walk to Marbella Old town in 20 minutes (1.5 km), and the beach in 25 min (2.0 km)

It’s also only a short stroll away from the hiking trails of Sierra Nieves and the famous “Senderos de Monjes”

There is a big supermarket just a few blocks away, and a tennis / padel-club around the corner. This area is not a traditional tourists location, rather it’s a residential area for the Spanish middle-class, with plenty of schools, playgrounds, sports grounds close by. Not to mention one of Spains biggest skate parks.

It’s a small and quiet community of only 9 townhouses, so it’s very important for us that the tenant is responsible and respectful of our neighbours.

House:

The townhouse has 4 stories, 4 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms, with air conditioning in all the bedrooms, in the kitchen, and in the living room.

The kitchen was completely re-built when we bought the house in 2024. We also re-painted the interior of house, bought new furniture, and upgraded washing machines etc.

The direction of the house is south-east, ensuring sun in the morning and throughout most of the day.

There is fast wifi throughout the house, and Securitas Alarm installed on all floors. A brief description of the floor plan:

  • In the lower floor / basement there is a big movie room, with a new 130 inch tv-projector and a sofa for up to 8 people.
  • The ground floor has a newly built kitchen (IKEA) and lounge area, as well as access to the ground floor terrace. There is also a patio below the terrace, with a traditional Spanish brick chimney bbq. Just outside the patio you find the community salt water pool.
  • The second floor has 3 bedrooms – one master bedroom with its own bathroom and shower and it’s own terrace, and two smaller bedrooms who share a bathroom with a shower.
  • The third floor is an attic, which has been converted into a guest room with it’s own newly renovated bathroom/shower, wall-to-wall carpet, and terrace. This terrace is among the rooftops, and it gives you a nice view of the city of Marbella and the ocean. Here you will also find the washing machine and the dryer.
  • The house has it’s own covered parking inside the gates.

About us

We are a Swedish family from Ljungskile outside of Gothenburg, who have lived in Marbella since the summer 2022. We bought the house in the spring of 2024, and we love the house as well as the location. We have 2 sons (12 and 14 years old), and a dog. The dog doesn’t shed any hair, she is a Lagotto Romagnolo (our son is allergic to dogs usually but this dog is no problem at all).
